I have a new WS1098 and after about 15 minutes I get an error code 01-01. I then power down the unit turn it on and its good for another 15 minutes. I looked up the code and it says it is-unable to allocate from heap and to call customer support. Does anyone know what this means and can I remedy the issue instead of calling customer support. I would rather understand the issue and try to fix it myself but I am new to scanning.
