NXDN In The Twin Cities Area

Now that NXDN is available for some Unidens, I am interested in hearing from anybody in the Twin Cities area if it is a digital mode that interests you at all. I think Whistler and AOR already have that mode. I seem to recall one ham repeater using that mode. I suspect that a number of private businesses use it. Anyway, for those more familiar with that mode than I am, what are you listening to there? How does it compare to DMR? Are you hearing more conventional or more trunking?

The nxdn ham repeater is/was at Medtronic in Mounds View. I'm not sure whether its still on the air. K9EQ is the one you'd want to talk to about that. He's usually on the 444.525 fusion machine, or any Fusion repeater connected to MNWIS

The NXDN is still on the air I use it quite often. There are a few trunking systems Type-C and Type-D. There are also several conventional NXDN systems out there to listen to.
