What’s the deal with REMCS dispatch audio on their JEMSTAR dispatch talkgroups? Are they simulcasting from a more legible analog frequency? I can barely understand what they’re saying through an APX radio.

It's analog talkgroups being simulcast from the 800 MHz system to digital which may not sound the greatest at times, sounds fine on my Unication though.

Just my 2 cents. I listen to them constantly, on a bcd325p2, w/800 mhz antenna. I may have to find the sweet spot, in my dwelling, but they are usually l/c.

I shoud've specified that this is their NJICS talkgroups. They sound fine on the analog 800MHz TII system. I'll be using those in my scanlists from now on.
