What type of cable is used for computer control of the DV1? I tried a cable that I have for a Uniden scanner
for programming, but does not fit the DV1 usb port......

USB micro, same as an Android phone charging cable. Smaller than that the Unidens use

Also, don't forget to install the DV1 driver!
