TIII L13 1.8 HYT South KC Unkown System

Anyone know what system this is? Checked FCC DB and haven't found any info. All radio traffic is ENC.

Those frequencies are EA licenses(Part 22), the 455.0650 is in the Broadcast Remote Pick Up Band
Unless a TV or Radio station is using DMR on their RPU channels I would say that may be an image or a mix.

My 536 is indicating 454.2375 Network 12 Site 7 DT3

This very well could be an extension of this system:

It is Tier III Hytera also

Currently covering a large area of St Louis Metro

Already have a site "1.8" which is 7, so not sure of that.

Unless it is system 12 as someone else noted.

Past week, I have not been able to duplicate 455.0650 audio. If this is not the correct freq then there is a third according to DSD+ (CH 2243/2244). The BCD436 hasn't found a network or site name. Full signal, though no audio quality level. Maybe this is due to the ENC. Mancow, did you see any quality levels or similar TG/UIDs?

Did you sweep the band(s), 450-465, 850-865, 935-940 to see if you can duplicate that site??

Thanks, I wasn't looking much farther than 455.000. Turns out it is definitely 464.000 which is on of https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?fccCallsign=WPUG919 KMBC CH 9. According to DSD+ CC info there is only 3 active freqs. I will add these others on WPUG919 and see if they are active.

Since this is a secondary ch DSD+ only show system type (TYT TIII) and slot 1 or 2. I have matched TGs used. I noticed the emission designator for that site doesn't list DMR. Perhaps it is a temporary fix.

OK. A lot of those companies never properly update their emission codes.
