University of Hartford DMR same frequency color code 5. 101 is security it’s a single Frequency Capacity system I have already submitted it to the database

i entered these into my dmr radio. i haven't gotten any audio yet. seems like its getting a signal. it says its on sl* guess that means both and I have tried it with color code 5 and tg 101. i have md380 promiscuous mode. should pickup any tg on that slot. nothing yet. anyone had success please share.
