Unknown TG OKC EDACS Encrypted

Anyone else noticing the Unknown Encrypted TG's on the OKC EDACS sites?

ID 421 with over 40 hits in 15 minutes. (9:45pm - 10:00pm)
ID 430, 1661, 2001

I just started listening again so maybe these have been around for awhile but I just started noticing them last night (or maybe the night before).

Just curious if anyone has seen them and if they have any idea what they are.

I think 421 is "OCPD-3 Common" and 430 is a Detective/Vice/Tac channel. Could be a gangs type group too...it's always been encrypted as long as I've seen them...and you don't see those radios very often on the regular dispatch channels.
