I live in MN, but would like to record some P25 TDMA traffic. I see Dallas County talkgroups listed with a "T" in the database. Are they actually TDMA? How much use do they get?

Yes, Dallas County is using type 2 talkgroups. Sheriff and Fire dispatch will be the most active. Based on the descriptions of the other talkgroups, they probably will not be as active.

It looks like Dallas County has changed some talkgroups to conform with the ISICS plan. 26405 is fairly active here in Eastern Iowa on the system. 26405 is running in Phase 2.

Dallas is pretty busy on a few of their TGs. They also have pretty good coverage on their 3 site simulcast. You will also hear their TGs on the westcom and des moines sites as it seems like they transport into Des Moines fairly often.
