RCMP Site 47

Last night while up on the mountain brow I also heard site 47 of the RCMP coming in a full strength so I suspect that this one too is somewhere in the Greater Toronto area of so. I didn't think to check the trunk and see what neighbours this site was reporting.

23, 24, 27 & 35, which would lead one to believe somewhere in south Mississauga, Oakville or Burlington. Even across the lake at Stoney Creek or Grimsby.

I was thinking that too but if it was Grimsby or Stoney Creek wouldn't the Sainte Catherines site also be a neighbor?

Ya, that was just a guess on my part. I'm thinking more Halton/Peel (south) but you never know.

Are not all of the RCMP sites encrypted? I have never tried to listen because the Radio Reference database show its encrypted. Am I missing something? Still learning.

It's in Mississauga.
