CTrail Hartford line (Springfield to New Haven) is operating on Amtrak’s 160.92 Road frequency.

Just had it confirmed by my rail-fan buddy.

New Haven - Hartford is the same as Shoreline East , in that they operate on Amtrak's channels, as the trains are on Amtrak tracks and operated by Amtrak crews.
