Receiving this in Berkeley County WV this evening on 452.3625, neighbor list has some differences from what is listed in the db for the system - TRBOCOM Trunking System, Various, Multi-State - Scanner Frequencies

Wow, you grabbed this from West Virginia. I worked on getting LNC's for the Mount Bethel site (123-9) for over a year. One day I had active comms and had the LCN's in about 10 minutes. I've heard nothing since that day back in 2017. I get full signal, but almost never have comms.
