I saw this freq on my SDR pretty frequently tonight. Was wondering what it is. The DSD plus kept saying it was P25 and "muting encrypted voice" .... Haven't really noticed that freq. pop up before, but tonight it was showing up. Thanks.

It appears to be part of a repeater, but I'm not seeing it listed under any of the Monroe County systems on RR.
