Looking to see if anyone knows the frequencies for GA18 Litchfield Judicial District Courthouse because its not listed in the judicial branch list

yes! The two mentioned above are the most common used. There are 4 total:

465.1875
465.2625
465.4375
465.4625

PL tones were 110.9 and 114.8 I believe

Only Hartford is licensed. 453.9875 and 453/458.2250.

They are only licensed for Hartford. If the above channels 465.xxxx channels are in use, they are not currently licensed.
There are 3 active under the FRN 0005173869. The 2 UHF ones are both for Hartford. The VHF is for Mohawk Mtn for 151.355
There are several expired licenses several of which includes the above VHF channel. One has 465.4375 & 465.4625 (expired 2012). Another has 453.8875 which expired in 2013.
