Rescue, I will give you a more friendly response. According to the DB, Monmouth County doesn't have any specific JEMS frequencies. However, they do have several FD/EMS frequencies broken up by region. Other than that, they also have MONOC talkgroups on NJICS.

I thought W2SJW's response was just fine. The databases are for everyone to use, not just to put out a request and have you look it up for them.

But the DB actually does not specify any HEAR frequencies under Monmouth County. Therefore this person (Rescue) was asking a very good valid question.

...and I'm not sure WHY he titled the thread as he did, as in the body of his post he's asking about the JEMS channels for the county, which I directed him to...

I understand W2SJW. I just noticed the question was posted by a newer member and feel you were a little hard on him by the way you worded your response. Also, from his user name, sounds like a first responder and those people especially deserve the most respect.

[New] Jersey [Statewide] Emergency Medical Services (JEMS) Channels:

JEMS1 - locally determined
In Monmouth North, this could be 154.8750; Central 153.9050, and South 151.3100; again the local agency determines what they choose to designate as "JEMS1," if anything.

JEMS2 - 155.3400 {Hospital / Emergency Ambulance Radio (HEAR) channel}.
With a tx tone of 156.7, frequency is aka VMED28, a national mutual aid channel in the National Interoperability system.

JEMS3 - 155.2800
{happens to be designated, with a tone of 151.4, as "EMS Ops 2" in Monmouth's system}

JEMS4 - 153.7850 (tx tone 131.8)
{also known as SPEN (Statewide Police Emergency Network) 4, NJ's VHF-high band public safety common channel}

I haven't heard anything on 155.340 in over 10 years. 155.280 is known as Statewide EMS interop channel with no PL (however many local agencies use this frequency regularly with a PL), however in south jersey I believe their first go-to channel for interop is 154.265 (but that may just be for fire). 153.785 is for SPEN 4, but I have only heard this active after very bad storms such as Sandy.
