BC23a Uniden speaker question

I ordered this speaker the other day, I am not quite clear as to whether this speaker has a power cord to plug into a wall outlet, or do I need a power supply? Thanks in advance.

Comes with unfinished power cable. You need to supply 13.8v DC (power supply, automobile, ac adapter, etc.) It does not plug into a 120v wall outlet. Well, it can but you will ruin it :wink:
