436hp DMR issue

just got my DMR upgrade and started putting in a active dmr system in, trunked system, color code is correct. all frequencys are in, but i cant for the life of me get any voice audio coming out, i even tried testing it on a non-trunked system, and still no audio, firmware is up to date, and now im lost any help?

Reads like you did it manually.

Check Edit Profile-->Service Type-->Custom Service Type-->Custom 1

Make sure custom 1 is checked. Often overlooked.

Could be other issues, good starting place.

i got it to work on 1 dmr system, but theres another system i put in but when i have it set to ID search, it just scans the dmr control channel (even tho theres people talking) withought going to a voice frequency. i tested it out by putting the frequencys in conventional and im able to hear them but not on MOTOtrunk , still trying to figure out what tie problem is

DMR and NXDN do not trunk like P25 you have to have the LCN's listed so the scanner knows where to go to hear the voice channel.

ya i did have the LCN'S in the frequency's, took them from RR unless its not correct in the database

LCNs have to be set correctly for every frequency before MotoTRBO Trunked will work.

currently using LCN finder and seem to be working, thanks, didnt have that feature on my other scanner so , was kinda lost
