Sentinel 2.00.09 failed update message

I just clicked on Update Master Database (HPDB)… and got the following message:
Updating full database failed.
Operation is canceled.
The remote name could not be resolved:'ftp.homepatrol.com'
Anyone else getting this message?

Perhaps your internet connection failed for a few moments?

Thanks UPMan just reset my modem and router and works now. Must have been a little glitch on my connection.

Sentinel 2.00.09

Is this for the SDS100 ? I have the 436 and just tried to update and Sentinel is telling me that there are no updates and I have not done an update for about two or three weeks .

Look in the lower left corner of the Sentinel window on your computer....

What does it say there for the date of the database? (You may have to maximize that window to see the date.)

I believe he is referring to the 2.00.09 whereas Sentinel is 2.00.08

Sentinel 2.00.09

Well to start off thanks for everyones help today, now for the laugh, the reason I was having trouble was I did not download the new Sentinel pays to read everything, now that I have downloaded it should work better thanks again everyone and sorry for the confusion .
