With everyone switching over to Starcom and or Cook county.. Who is left? and for how long? The fight to get a waiver from the FCC has not gone far at all...

Many agencies are still using UHF-T. Cicero and Berwyn (even though they are scheduled to switch over to a new 700 MHz system) are still using T-band for PD. Cook Co Suburban Nets 6, 7, 9, 9A, 10, and 17 are still active. NorComm, Evanston, and Rosemont are also still using their respective freqs as well. There may be more active freqs, but that's what I know of.

Most (if not all) of Norcom is now on Starcom21, Net 24B (Winnetka, Wilmette etc.) switched last week. Evanston is staying on T-Band, at least for now.

QuadCom out here in the far NW corner of the county is still, although they're working on the details of switching to SC in the near future.
