I've been listening to AZWINS recently and have been hearing law enforcement traffic (not dispatch) on TG 1052 for the past few days. Has anyone else heard this and/or observed any additional talk groups active? I wasn't able to hear enough to make any guess as to what agency I was hearing.

TG 1050 is Cochise County Sheriff, so it stands to reason that TG 1052 is as well.

Yes, Cochise County Sheriff would make sense as they are TG 1052. I'm not too familiar with the AZWINS system - I was listening to the South Mountain site, is it common to hear agencies multicast on sites well outside the area where they operate?

Yes, Yuma and La Paz County agencies can be heard on the South Mtn and White Tank Mtn's sites, respectively.
Cochise County has been heard on Thompson Peak in addition to South Mtn, IIRC.

Is Cochise County system still being simulcasted on AZWINS now that their Phase 2 system is online? Assuming that is them on talkgroup 1052?

I never hear anything on hualapai mointain site. It always dead most of the time.
