From operations main channel they say either switch, switch up or go to Channel 15
Eli try to confirm this I think you may be closer to the Casino Contol Point especially the DCS code -

Confirmed -

Breakwater beach when they say switch or switch up its 151.865 DCS 032
form they main ops channel which is 151.7500 DCS 503 -

Another Active channel is 159.945 DCS 466 for Breakwater beach

I was able to confirm Casino Pier Channel 15 as 151.0050 DCS 245 - they use this as there " Secure "
Channel - seems like low power as well -

from their main ops channel which is 151.7500 (151.7450) DCS 503 -

151.7450 and 151.7500 are too close (+/- .005 MHz) most likely it s the licensed freq of 151.7450 under WPFL894
So, are there 2 DPLs being used on this frequency by the licensee
DCS 244 and DCS 503 - Need clarification here also.

Another Active channel is 159.945 DCS 466 for Breakwater beach
As listed in DB - No change here.

Picking up on 155.9325 with DPL 223,probably another beach channel. Getting some static with it while 150.805 is loud and clear.

The 155.9325 Freq - coming over as Base / Mobile or Repeater?
(This freq is licensed as a FB 2)

The 150.8050 Freq - coming over as Base / Mobile or Repeater?
(This freq is licensed as mobile)

The could have also switched things around???

One sided communications only with static on 155.9325,150.805 seems to be on a repeater.

Does 155.9325 traffic repeat on 150.8050? Where on 150.8050 your hearing both sides of the traffic. Or is the traffic different on both frequencies?

No different traffic on both.

I’ll see what I can do as I’ve never heard that channel active,I believe public works is responsible for beach maintenance. For 150.805 the correct/official naming is Beach Control.
