On occasion I have been picking up traffic from NorthComm on 151.040 PL136.5.
Have noted activity from units with ID of BC1, E117, E123, E124, E126 and E134.
I don't see this frequency in the Db, nor an active FCC license for this in San Diego County.
Maybe some locals gave give the channel a listen and help further clarify its use so that we can get it in the Db.
