Correct, they are all Going DMR digital in near future. Sweetwater police department has been using it for dispatch 2 backup with their current analog system.

Confirmed today that Sweetwater PD is using the DMR full time for normal ops.

Does anyone have the DMR freq for this setup.

The only confirmed frequency that I know of is Sweetwater PD. I submitted it to the database once I confirmed it a few months ago. There are some transmissions on the EMA frequency that's in the database, using DMR, but not been able to identify the users. Does not sound like EMA though, sounds more like the road crews.
