monroe county has been investing in hyteria radios and from what i have heard may go to digital in the furture they are already operating in digital mode on the ema channel 155.7225

Correct, they are all Going DMR digital in near future. Sweetwater police department has been using it for dispatch 2 backup with their current analog system.

The only confirmed frequency that I know of is Sweetwater PD. I submitted it to the database once I confirmed it a few months ago. There are some transmissions on the EMA frequency that's in the database, using DMR, but not been able to identify the users. Does not sound like EMA though, sounds more like the road crews.
