Last night around 2330 I was scanning VHF IWN site 7 (Gold Mtn) and overheard a very casual car-car conversation between two D1 Troops on TGID 59103 (E6DF) this talkgroup isn’t listed anywhere and I was wondering if anyone knew its specific use.

Nevermind, guess it’s listed on the 700mhz Phase II system as Car 3. While I’m here, do WSP radios affiliate to the VHF sites, 700 sites, or both? I know they have VHF/7-800 APX’s and are probably capable of affiliating to either based on coverage in a particular area?

RR shows D1 car 2 as 59105, (just updated)

Was it 59103 or 59105?
59103 isn't even listed.
Where did you see it "listed"?

It was 59103, my bad. I made a typo in my submission. And 59103 is listed as WSP D1 Car 3 on the “WA State Patrol” system (700mhz Phase II)

No, 59105 isn’t even a talkgroup, I attempted to submit 59103 to the DB but typed 59105. I already submitted a correction to change it to 59103.

It's still 59105

It's still 59105 - at least in the RR JIWN database on the website
I do see it's 59103 under WA State Patrol

I’m aware, I submitted a change. After I realized that I submitted 59105 INSTEAD of 59103 by mistake. The reason it says 59105 is because of me.

I put in the 700meg trunk system and have been listening to it sofar all I have heard is Seattle area traffic nothing in Snohomish County,
Is Seattle the only one using it or is there any other agencies using 700 megs? this is the 1st time I put this system into my scanner

You can hear WSP sno county on the VHF IWN sites as well as the P25 conventional sites. The only agencies you’ll hear on the 700mhz side of the IWN (the one you’re referring to) are WSP and federal agencies running full time encryption.

As I an sitting here typing this (N end of Lake WA) I just heard - ON JWIN - (Gunnysack site) - D7 W Snohomish dispatch.
So, the above statement about the 700 system (as far as WSP is concerned), is incorrect.
