No contact from Uniden re: My SDS100 Battery

I registered my SDS100 months ago on the "My Uniden" site. I had read here that Uniden was shipping replacement batteries and cover to the early product owners (which I am one). I have yet to be contacted by Uniden regarding my battery replacement.

Does anyone know of a more direct way to get this done?
