Any active milair frerq over S. Illinois?

Looking for some active milair freq over S. Illinois (Carbondale) with an outdoor older channel master vertical antenna. I have the Uniden SDS100

Marc, I live in the opposite end of the state from you so my recommendations may not work 100% but I would look up Frequencies of Military bases in the database section within 200 miles of you as a starter if you have not done so already. Whiteman AFB, Scott AFB, Jeffersonville and Atterbury Range in IN. Also look at the MOA map to see which MOAs are in that range for you and enter them in as well. Howard MOA is one I can hear somewhat regularly but it may be too far south for you. Best of luck!

Check for aerial refueling tracks, too. They are way up, so they will carry for quite a distance.

I live close to Scott AFB and there's usually a lot of air traffic. They have an ANG refueling wing there and I have seen KC-135s refueling B-2s over town and V-22 Ospreys flying around but then I'm at work and can't listen in.
