Who might be using 154.205 in the Madisonville TX area?

I listened to a dispatch sending an ambulance to Madisonville, but they may have been sending a take back from an adjoining county; Walker county shows licensed on it, but state it was not them. (We are trying to track some interference on our secondary channel)

Walker Fire dispatches on 154.205, but EMS is on 155.265. The only other user in the region is Snook VFD down in Robertson County.

I don't know who it was. Heard with static but clear in Waller county, on a portable on my desk.

Ennis and Rockwall use 154.205. Both dispatch EMS calls.
