Uniden SDS100E is now available from Avera in Europe.

675.00 Euro (incl tax)
557.85 Euro (ex tax)

https://www.avera.eu/uniden-bearcat/uniden-bearcat-scanners/uniden-sds100e.html

The SDS100E frequency range is wider than the US version of SDS100:
25 - 512 MHz
806 - 960 MHz
1240 - 1300 MHz

Additional feature upgrades can be purchased via the Uniden Australian website, that is advertising the Aussie version of USD100 that should be released soon.

Cheaper to import it and pay the duty/tax than those prices, plus it may have no support like the EU version of the 436HP.

Yes, Euro version 3600XLT had very little support until about 2mths ago.
Aussie 436PT version also had next to nil support until about 2mths ago.
The 436HP US owners have enjoyed continuous support since day dot, with added features available well over 12mths before above models were offered just recently.

It's unknown if Euro SDS100E will have the fat or standard battery; waiting for email reply.
Aussie version USD100 has not been announced yet, nor is pricing either.

Feature upgrades for both Euro and pending Aussie 100's are available via Uniden Australia website.

Pricing.... it may be a little more expensive when considering currency conversion, but knowing Uniden USA provide continuous product support, it probably is the better option to import from the US.

One thing to consider too is the frequency range.

US version is locked down and does not cover the same range as the Euro is claimed to do.

Australians have enjoyed not being locked down like the US, so one would presume it also will have a better frequency range.

I don't think the locked out US cellular bands are used for anything else in Europe, certainly nothing in the UK.
