857.7375 "FD DROP data" in Tulsa

With a bit of tropo enhancement, I hear a data signal on 857.7375 with a pl of 192.8.
The data sounds like "skritches", and are occasional and short.
The cwid is something like ...h431 which does not match the callsign WPRI776 as shown on the license. But sometimes when a new license is issued the call sign is not changed on the identifier.

SO, can a Tulsa local tell me if DROP uses pl 192.8 and can the data be described as occasional "skritches?" ANd what does DROP stand for?

You are correct. This frequency or "DROP" is used by the Tulsa Fire Department for information to send each fire station data to open the doors, turn on the lights, sound station alarms, and send information across a printer for each call as well as a 4 beep alert on the radio. They also get call information on their MDTs when they go en route.
