Denver looking into full encryption?

I just read a story about Denver looking into full encryption for all police broadcasts! It's not definite but on the table! I don't live I that area but it seems a lot of public agancys are trying to go full encryption.

There's more interesting stuff to listen to anyway and you get more out of your scanner that way than just always listening to 1 or 2 things all the time.
