You would be better off by becoming a Premium Subscriber. Then when changes occur to the frequency list(s) that you are following, they will be highlighted so you will know to update what you have. Besides, a Premium Subscription can be had for as little as $7.50 USD. So go ahead, give the Premium Subscription a try and see how good it is with respect to the features that will be added to your Radio Reference experience as shown here.

It relies on that somebody else in your area are montoring your systems and analyze it to get any updates and he has to be a member of RR and make the trouble to report the changes and he gets no benefits for doing so. So don't count on it.
