Units on current structure fire told to go to "Tac 19" several times. No Tac 19 in DB. Anyone know what it is?

Just ran 154.205 thru FCC & it came up KMB552 Vta Cnty which we know as FD call sign.
I'd forgotten that 154.205 belonged to Fillmore long ago as KQM441. It pays to keep old records. Fillmore is out of my range for mobiles.
Add to DB?

It is in there already. Shows as VNC 18 FILLM under the city of Fillmore. Let me work on getting confirmation if it is 18 or 19 since there is already a VNC CMD 18.
It should be moved from Fillmore to the county as KQM441 EXPIRED 11/24/2012 (click on KQM441 under Fillmore). & FCC shows county for 154.205.
