Using a pro 163 for a Broadcastify feed. Does this scanner have a filter audio jack on it kinda like the Uniden scanners do?

It has a headset front jack and ext speaker jack on the back. "Filter Audio Jack"??? If it's too noisy get a ground loop isolator that will help.

I suggest using the EXT SP jack for the feed; one side is grounded. The problem with the headphone jack is that neither side is gounded (to facilitate plugging in stereo headphones). Whether or not you need an isolation transformer is a separate issue; I always used one.

Does not compute.
The connection to ground is through a resistor. Since you have an EXT SP jack, it's better to use that for the purpose of feeding a stream.
