QTH: South Texas EL09

Low band opened at 22:26z with strong signals on 30.220 (131.8) taxi dispatch in Spanish. The ten meter ham band has been open to South America for a couple of hours.

30.220 faded at 2301z.

Began receiving 32.180 (77.0) at 2306 with strong signal.
