Default FL wx on 33.42

Been hearing NOAA wx broadcast for central Florida on 33.42. Signal was fading in and out, and was strongest at 1615 EDT.
Did manage to hear I.D. Office of Emergency Management, WQBC703. No listing for that call sign, or 33.42 in FL.
Any ideas?

Thanks,
Russ

The callsign is an expired callsign for Orlando Florida Office of Emergency Management. The expired license if for a travelers advisory transmitter on 1600 khz (AM broadcast band).

I hear this station pretty often myself.

I tried running that call sign many differant ways i new for sure it began with a W and ended with 703.
Thanks for letting me know because for a breif time the signal was strong then faded away when they callsigned, then a link for a radio station started to cover it up with music (english) but couldnt id it either.
now i can coplete more of my personal log.
Thanx
