33.86 skip from NJ with mention of Cameron City

Been getting a real good signal up in northeast NJ the past few days on 33.86 (never bothered looking for a PL, so sorry in advance for that) but they I have caught mention of "Cameron City Fire" if anyone have a clue......................... Thanks!
