Caught some skip between 19:00 and 20:00 hours at Governor Printz State Park in Essington, PA right along the Delaware River. Caught some interesting DX including the return of the mysterious low band control channels. Used my Pro 97 with Radio Shack telescoping antenna.

25.99 85.4 Radio Station (sounded like country)
25.91 85.4 News Station WBAB heard mention of Dallas Fort Worth.

25.9900 would be KSCS out of the DFW area
25.9100 the call sign is actually WBAP and as you said its out of the DFW area.
