Default 35.040/179.9 - Colorado grain harvest?

South Texas EL09

35.040/179.9 - Comms related to combines, cutting, loading trucks, equipment. In these clips the head guy mentioned being rained out. There was a storm in KS and CO at the time.

35.040 ‎(OkieSam)‎

Is this a KS or CO accent?

He told the guys to meet in Limon at the elevator. There was a heavy storm near Limon CO and there is a grain elevator there:

An FCC search for CO/KS shows: WQT347, Colson Bros, licensed statewide CO and KS.

My guess is this Colson Bros is a company that provides combine services and that is who I was hearing.

Here's some info on your buddys

Looks like those documents reference farms in KS and Oklahoma.

That one guy on the audio sounds like he has a minnesota accent.

LOL... I've never noticed there being a difference between a CO vs. KS accent.

You are right, unless it is one of those Texas or NY transplants---and they never go to Kansas but they seem to like Colo--

I didn't mean to imply that it was either.
