I picked up someone advising units of a severe weather warning for tonight on 46.060... didn't catch the area though. He had quite a southern sounding accent. First time catching low band skip for me up here in Ontario!

I have been advised that the packets on 44.480 are likely the Chicago METRA Extended Line of Sight system.

The 42.640 may have been NCSHP. Did the station happen to say what city they were calling? (i.e. Greensboro to D6?? or D1??)

45.36 is DuPage county in Illinois, near Chicago.
45.44 may have been from the same place or in surrounding area
45.56 is probably Lincoln, Illinois which is in Logan County, IL. The route 10 they mention goes through Lincoln. The national weather service also has a site in Lincoln
