Thumbs up VHF Low Band 08/04/2009

Skip caught at Governor Printz State Park in Essington, PA with a Pro 97 with Radio Shack Telescoping Antenna.

44.20 Meteor Scatter
42.12 203.5 MO HP
45.74 94.8 "Manhole #8510" Southern Accents
31.22 AM Noise
31.81 EDACS Control Channel - switched antenna to the Pro 106 and was able to decode Control 01 Site 03. This matches up to the DRPA South Single Site System 856.9625 control channel. Could this 31.81 EDACS control be an image of that system whose tower I can see from the park?
39.98 136.5 - Noise
28.425 AM Crappy HF Image
29.68 CSQ HAM with a Southern Accent - gave out a website but couldn't write it down.
37.72 151.4 and 156.7 with Morse Code on the 151.4.
42.08 94.8 MS HP
43.48 131.8 and 136.5 - Business
42.12 94.8 MS HP
46.06 94.8 Fire Department Trunk Simulcast - unable to identify where it is from. Ladder 9-8 among units heard.
35.56 Motorola Type II Control Channel.
45.98 203.5 Morse Code
46.46 CSQ Baltimore, MD Trunk Simulcast
33.42 CSQ NOAA WX Radio Rebroadcast - Orlando, FL.
33.90 CSQ Lancaster County, PA (heard Ephrata TWP mentioned).

Also some non low band stuff.

155.835 123.0 sounded like a police department.
860.2375 Motorola CC - 301E - Valero Refinery in Delaware City, DE - river skip.
868.8125 Motorola CC - looked like a SYS ID of 002E but not getting anything in the database. Possibly Harford County, MD.
