40.450 analog voice inversion scrambling

40.450/103.5 - Analog voice inversion scrambling. Signals in at 10:13 and out at 10:36 CDT (15:13-15:36z) and were the only stations heard 30 mins before and after. There was a weak Es opening on six meters over the southeast US.

40.475/103.5 - Analog voice inversion scrambling. Heard from 21:47-21:50 CDT last night. Possibly related comms.

Is this simple fixed inversion? I have been trying to catch this station to see what it is, but conditions haven't been too favorable when I get the time to scan the band.
