I picked up Skip here about 4 or 5 years ago it has since faded out. I picked up stuff from 26-40MHz, I was just wondering if there is a way to know when it comes back? I got it for about 2-3 years in a row between October to about April. But now so far i Haven't heard it for about 3 to 4 years. When will it be open to the US.? And What do i look for? Are there other bands open? What Kind of Conditions do we need to have to pick it up here?
