Great catch. I caught a few here in SC. I'll just have to move to TX. The 39 MHz is Calif Hwy Patrol in the Riverside area. Looking forward to hearing them on long skip when it gets colder. I keep one BC-780 just PGM'ed for skip. Use it on a Channel Master 5094. Later. Larry
