VHF Log Sheet

Here is a VHF log sheet that I've found on the net a while back. It's a PDF file that you can print out and bring it with you when your're out and about. I found it useful to log my DX/Tropo entries when I'm on coffee break at work. Maybe people on this forum can find it usefull too.
Anybody else have any printable log sheets that they like to share too?
