The selection would depend on what frequency segment your trying to suppress.

Where did you get the one you are using now? Check the numbers on the side of the coil you have.
there is noting just a fordable ferrite in a plastic housing.

i dont know sorry i read it here:
Software Defined Radio for Mariners: Reducing electrical noise
after that i walk in an Electronic Store and the give me that what i use now.
So i would buy new for other Dongle but i dont know which.

Most snap on cores are #43 mix ferrite and a single core will have some common mode RF choking at VHF and UHF but virtually none at HF. If the core is big enough to pass the wire through more than once you will get 4X the inductance every time you double the times the wire passes through the center hole. That means two turns of wire through one core is better than two cores on one wire.

The material used in RF suppression cores can be ferrite or powdered iron and they have different mixtures depending on the frequency range and use. #43 is a common ferrite mixture that works well in 30 to 300MHz range, depending on how its used. It can be effective below 1MHz with the right size core and number of turns through the core. Here is a link to a vendor of ferrite and powdered iron products: Amidon
