Default Noob need help -> Pi -> rtl_tcp

Hi
Sorry I have 3 Pi2 at home and non work right now.
I have serous trouble to get it run.
Can someone help me to install an OS on the Pi who get rtl_tcp run as Autostart?!
I have no Idea how it work and never work with Linux...
