York County P25 Issues with BC296D

I recently started trying to scan the York County P25 system with my BC296D. I am having trouble with transmissions "digitizing" and breaking up. I have never scanned a P25 system before so maybe there is something I am doing wrong. I have all channels programmed in the Bank and am set to System- MOTTYP2/APCO25 800Mhz and "CC Only Mode" set to Off.

The display next to the Freq keeps flashing between NFN,DAT,LNK,P25

I know this is not the latest greatest P25 scanner but I figured I should have better results. Can anyone offer some advice?

Well I'm sure you read my post on Anderson. I'm dealing with R/S-GRE. I understand Uniden requires resetting the Band Plan and maybe the CC setting. GRE's dont require these settings. Larry
