I have a uniden bearcat 30 channel 10 band handheld scanner, model BC60XLT-1. I am needing some help on programing it. I dont have papers, it was my moms when she passed. I have programmed what numbers i thought i was supposed to, its scanning but not picking up anything. anything would be helpful thanks.

It's important to note that the BC60xlt will allow you to so some local monitoring in some areas of S.C., but cannot receive the state's trunked radio system.

If you indicate where and what you wish to listen to, I'm sure the other forum subscribers will be glad to indicate what conventional communications is active in your area.
