Charleston County additional incident channels

Charleston County has added a number of new incident channels, the old ones went from 1 to 16 now they are assigning 17 thru 27, any ideal where these are on RR I cannot locate them.

They have not yet been submitted. If you can ID them, please submit them.

I believe that they may be alternative naming for the Fireground channels listed in the database. I'll see what I can figure out.

Updated some fireground talkgroups as Incident channels per a submission.

Do you know why I can't hear Charleston Fire Department on Charleston County? They use the same dispatch.
