Hear what, exactly, in Beaufort?

Pretty much all Law Enforcement communications in Beaufort County is encrypted and can't be monitored with any scanner. That includes Beaufort Co. SO, Beaufort PD, Bluffton PD, Yemmassee PD, and Port Royal PD. Any talkgroup listed under the Beaufort Co. group on the Palmetto P25 page with "E" in the mode column is encrypted.

With that said, I believe Fire and EMS ops and other local government functions are in the clear and can be monitored.
