Are the Union County VHF Frequencies Still In Use?

I'm not in the Union area and wanted to know if the Sheriff and/or Fire Department are still on VHF. I see that the SD has a couple of talkgroups on the PAL800 system, but can't tell from here if those TGs are in use.

127.3 PL is the only thing I can recently verify for the Sheriff channel.
